About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance and repair plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other plant systems
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitor and report on electrical system performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
