Regional Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Manager to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our customers effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they provide high-quality training and support to our sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales management teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to accelerate profitable sales.
- Ensure the maintenance of our design database and manufacturer design registration schemes to ensure we remain eligible for design incentive bonuses.
- Represent the UK technical team to suppliers and Future EMEA management, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong understanding of the electronics and electronic distribution industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
