Senior Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team at AMX. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing exceptional Smartsheet solutions that transform our clients' work methodologies and meet their business objectives.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored Smartsheet solutions to drive business growth and improve productivity.
- Conduct initial meetings to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Manage the entire customer process, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer expectations.
- Present innovative Proof of Concepts to demonstrate solution capabilities and drive business value.
- Lead expert training sessions to facilitate successful change management and ensure effective utilization of new solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand our business with existing customers and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor colleagues and shape company processes to continuously improve AMX.
We are looking for a consulting and project management expert with a strong skill set in Excel or Smartsheet and other software tools like Salesforce. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain great customer relationships. A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Fluency in English and German or Danish or Swedish is essential.
