About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Design Manager to join our team at DB Schenker in Frankfurt. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for designing best-in-class solutions for Contract Logistics Projects within Region Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative logistics solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present solutions to customers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure that all logistics solutions are aligned with DB Schenker's standards and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Profound experience in contract logistics warehousing & transports and/or manufacturing support solution design.
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Goal-oriented working style, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, simulation software, and/or network modeling software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
