About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Accountant to join our team at DIS AG in Berlin. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis tools to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in accounting or finance
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
