Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for:
- Independent execution of ongoing accounting for our properties, including maintenance of subsidiary books (asset accounting, debtors, creditors)
- Ensuring payment transactions
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Supporting tax consultants in preparing ongoing tax returns
- Supporting adjacent departments in preparing internal and external reporting
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, preferably with a recognized further education
- Several years of experience in a comparable field, ideally in the real estate industry
- Good knowledge of commercial accounting and valuation regulations
- Desirable knowledge of accounting software ReLion
