Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Controller to join our team at Balenciaga Germany GmbH.
About the Role
The Stock Controller will be responsible for supporting the back of house team with the efficient and effective management of merchandise flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock and store supplies in a timely manner
- Ensure stockroom organization meets Balenciaga standards
- Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout each day
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to present best sellers and new collections
- Support the Stock Manager/Store Manager with regular inventory counts
- Monitor loss-prevention and stock discrepancies
- Build relationships with other Balenciaga store teams for product transfers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Equal capacity to work in a team and independently
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
