Job Title: Stock Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team at YSL Germany GmbH. As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow, including preparation, dispatch, and receipt of orders, processing, deadlines, and invoicing.
- Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouse.
- Handle different types of transfers, ensuring a smooth roll-out of price changes and shipments to outlet.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience during the entire process.
- Follow-up and control of monthly inventories and implement specific action plans to avoid discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute the annual inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage emergency situations, such as late deliveries, supply shortages, and order errors.
- Act as responsible for deploying omnichannel services, including distance selling.
- Provide overall support, including acting as a primary point of contact and supervisor for stores regarding After Sales and Before Sales processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail environment and stock handling.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Team player with strong and transparent communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with changing circumstances.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Strong solutions-over-problems mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mastering IT tools.
- Good English skills, as well as local language (both oral and written).
