About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Product Team at KI group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our products, working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, IT architects, and engineering managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central interface between strategy, business, and tech
  • Gather requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and business analysts
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer vision, needs, and goals
  • Define epics and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and plan sprints
  • Support teams with refinements, identify dependencies, and risks at an early stage
  • Collaborate with motivated and technically skilled colleagues in an agile environment
Requirements
  • Strong affinity for tech and data, especially modern data and AI solutions, and familiarity with DevOps practices
  • Previous experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer/SRE, or equivalent technical role
  • Ability to see the big picture without losing sight of details
  • Analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of building products based on metrics and KPIs
  • Proactive and open-minded approach to shaping the product development process
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong opinion with a desire to find a solution supported by the team
  • Enthusiasm for the job and joy of working in teams
  • Fluency in German and English
