About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our KI group team in Cologne, Munich, or Stuttgart. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our products and services, working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, IT architects, and engineering managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central interface between strategy, business, and tech, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, business analysts, IT architects, and engineering managers to inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing customer vision, needs, and goals.
  • Define epics and user stories, and prioritize the backlog to ensure efficient sprint planning.
  • Support teams with refinements, identify dependencies, and risks at an early stage.
  • Collaborate with motivated and technically skilled colleagues in an agile environment.
Requirements
  • Strong affinity for tech and data, with a focus on modern data and AI solutions, particularly in the Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Previous experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer/SRE, or equivalent technical role is desirable.
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated through the ability to structure problems and analyze alternative solutions.
  • Understanding of how to build products based on metrics and KPIs.
  • Proactive and open-minded approach to shaping the entire product development process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong opinion, but willingness to find a solution supported by the team.
  • Enthusiasm for the job and joy of working in teams.
  • Fluency in German and English, as our teams and projects are increasingly international.
