Your role in creating impact:
  • As a member of the Sales team, you will conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to identify the appropriate product fit and solution strategy.
  • You will serve as the technical point of contact and product authority throughout the sales process for both the Sales Team and prospective clients.
  • Deliver both standard and customized product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Lead the analysis of client-specific business challenges and technical requirements during on-site workshops or online meetings, translating them into actionable user stories.
  • Develop comprehensive solution scoping documents that include customization requirements for the Implementation Team responsible for effort estimations.
  • Create and present technical proposals based on our SaaS offerings during the sales process.
  • Gather market insights to share with Product Management, aiding in the development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with your team to produce client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, marketing content, and demo videos.
About you:
  • You possess a proven track record in Solution Consulting for SaaS applications.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business studies, business engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field, along with one to three years of professional experience in IT consulting.
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to convert business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have successfully managed software sales cycles from start to finish, including RFP processes, in collaboration with SaaS sales teams.
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to work proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, sales teams, and product experts.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in B2B and/or Retail (pricing) contexts.
  • You are knowledgeable about and passionate about technology trends and digital topics.
  • You are fluent in both English and German.
