About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager SCM to lead our supply chain initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing efficient supply chain organizational structures and processes worldwide. You'll work closely with our business areas, technology centers, and regions to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement efficient supply chain organizational structures and processes worldwide
  • Lead SCM solutions from idea to implementation, working closely with business areas, technology centers, and regions
  • Act as an interface to Siemens Healthineers IT and other business partners, driving solution-oriented collaboration
  • Model target processes with process owners and define requirements for SCM IT tools and applications to optimize information flow and knowledge exchange
  • Provide support in machine learning-based anomaly detection, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance, developing key figures as needed
  • Promote internal cross-divisional and cross-company collaboration, sharing supply chain trends and strategies, and machine integration
Requirements:
  • University degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in supply chain management, ideally in different processes
  • Extensive experience in project management as a sub/project manager, with practical experience in agile projects and SCM IT tool landscapes
  • Knowledge of current equipment connectivity technologies, advanced analytics, operational equipment effectiveness, and automation
  • Desirable: knowledge of SAP SCM, particularly SAP ME or SAP DM
