About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join our team at EPAM Systems. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions, establishing a strategy for continuous delivery risk management, and ensuring the technical leadership of delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
  • Establish a strategy for continuous delivery risk management
  • Ensure the technical leadership of delivery teams
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Proactively gather feedback from key business users and understand business and system gaps
  • Prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to implement projects successfully
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate)
  • Experience in working with SAP Solution Manager
  • Understanding of SAP extensions principles and options
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation approaches
  • Agile development experience with knowledge of application, software architecture, and delivery methodologies
  • High-level understanding of several SAP products capabilities, functionality, and technologies
