Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at Tempton Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Control and store incoming goods, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick and pack produced goods and materials for production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • IT Recording: Record incoming and outgoing goods using our IT system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare goods for shipping, verify the correctness of goods issued, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Forklift Operations: Operate a forklift to transport goods within the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient movement.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Clerks, Warehouse Operators, or relevant experience as a warehouse employee.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Forklift license and proficiency in the German language.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team, customer-oriented, and flexible, with a willingness to work in shift systems (day shift, morning shift, late shift, possibly night shift).
