About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aera Verlag GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch support to our users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line resolution or diagnosis of technical incidents and support requests
  • Support users to maximize the effectiveness of our systems
  • Maintain existing systems to ensure they function in a stable, secure, reliable, and efficient manner
  • Manage projects related to system implementation and enhancement
Requirements
  • Range of technical experience with excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Experience of supporting school software solutions is desirable but not essential
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English
