Your Responsibilities
  • Utilize your expertise and communication skills to provide advisory services to both medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations, engaging in their lending transactions.
  • Adopt a comprehensive approach, participating in all phases from financial assessment to transaction structuring, and preparing credit proposals until the successful closure of deals.
  • Maintain a focus on portfolio management, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to planned yield margins.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams within Corporate Sector Lending, including Syndications, Risk Management, Legal, and Client Coverage, while diligently following up on and nurturing assigned leads.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our sustainability and capital velocity objectives.


Your Qualifications
  • A strong academic background in economics or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant experience with notable achievements in a transaction-focused environment.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, working capital solutions, and structured lending products, along with expertise in negotiating and executing lending transactions.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating standard loan agreement documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, negotiation capabilities, and a robust entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
