About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, managing R&D development priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and develop the product roadmap, prioritizing feature development and rollout based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product development decisions.
  • Product Prototyping: Introduce product prototypes to customers and document their feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition and features of products to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize internal and external product feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Content Creation: Create and present conference papers and/or whitepapers to showcase product innovations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, marketing departments, and colleagues in product management to drive innovation and deliver market-leading products.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in product development and management
