We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Elmos Semiconductor. As a key member of our communication stacks team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying software for our communication IP across a variety of ASICs and ASSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirement elicitation, work planning, and effort estimations to ensure project success
  • Derive and specify design, implement, and document software components to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Perform comprehensive software testing activities at all stages of development to ensure seamless integration
  • Collaborate with business lines, hardware, and software developers to integrate communication stacks and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Sciences or a relevant STEM field
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, software design, and test-driven development
  • Prior experience in developing communication stacks for embedded architectures
  • Knowledge of software development in regulated environments
