Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our regulatory reports and disclosures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures to relevant authorities, including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, and Pillar 3.
- Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
- Work independently to improve and automate our processes, controls, and data quality.
- Own interdisciplinary projects and take responsibility for regulatory issues, such as new product processes and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- Completed studies in finance, accounting, or law.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a bank in regulatory reporting or in consulting/auditing at a Big Four.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire for a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing organization.
- Experience with reporting software is an advantage.
- Internal communication within the team is mainly in English.
