Facilities Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hausmeister (m/w/d) to join our team at CJD Elze in Weetzen. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff
- Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related trade
- Experience in electrical or heating systems is desirable
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
