IT Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our team at BENTELER. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- IT Strategy and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall IT strategy and architecture for BENTELER, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of cloud-based applications and services, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the design and implementation of secure and compliant IT solutions, meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance on IT architecture, design, and implementation.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture and system integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, IT service management, and data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
