System and Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled System and Solution Architect to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our Digital People Solutions team for Global IT Architecture and Projects, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements and existing architectures, defining and coordinating target architectures, and implementing solutions with a focus on SAP HCM integration, digitalization, and automation of processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate a virtual team of internal employees and external partners on a project and operation basis.
- Design, plan, and implement roadmaps for our SAP HCM systems and services.
- Pilot and promote new solutions to potential customers and stakeholders.
- Implement solutions in close alignment with operation teams.
- Assess, identify, and communicate use cases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, their potential value, and technical and financial impact.
- Many years of professional experience in demand management, project management, and IT architecture development, especially in SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SAP cloud.
- Experience in developing SAP roadmaps, SAP IT architecture building, and cloud platform integrations, as well as configuration and customizing experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA).
- Profound knowledge in architecture development principles and standard methodologies, and a validated technical foundation in SAP HCM and cloud architecture.
- Ability to collaborate and contribute to a cross-functional product development team in an agile environment.
- Creative and technical judgment, strong customer communication skills, and enthusiasm for the job.
- University degree, proficient in English, and willingness to travel domestically/EU and occasionally internationally.
