In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO of our three Business Units—Rotary, Engine, and Safety—to propel our profitable growth strategy, focusing on both organic development and mergers & acquisitions, while enhancing our operational efficiency and cash flow:
- Evaluate, challenge, and enhance the financial performance across our three growth platforms.
- Provide support and oversight for M&A initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the return on investment for our business endeavors.
- Emphasize operational excellence: closely track productivity enhancements and take ownership of key initiatives.
- Initiate and oversee cost management programs, implementing turnaround strategies in underperforming areas.
- Ensure ambitious budgeting, realistic forecasting, and actionable monthly reporting.
- Lead the Finance & Controlling functions within the Business Units, enhancing capabilities and focusing on value addition to the profit and loss statement.
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional:
- At least 10 years of comprehensive experience.
- Background in a medium-sized corporate environment.
- Experience in consulting or business management (P&L, Operations, or similar fields).
- A university degree in business or economics.
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing international teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Independence, dedication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
