Senior Manager of FP&A and Business Strategy

Role Purpose:
As the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of Finance by overseeing financial planning and analysis. Your insights will be vital in driving Clear Ventures' growth trajectory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on process enhancement and automation.
- Deliver comprehensive analyses and articulate the narrative behind the budget and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support and challenge the achievement of Clear Ventures' objectives.
- Conduct independent business investigations to uncover insights on performance, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Promote a collaborative culture between finance and business units to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality outputs that effectively communicate Clear Ventures' performance, extracting valuable, data-driven insights for improved execution.
- Work closely with Operational Finance, Group Accounting, and Business Operations to monitor risks, opportunities, and expected outcomes.
- Enhance and expand the FP&A function as the organization scales.
- Perform additional duties as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, Business Partnering, or Controlling.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL (BigQuery).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality, accuracy, and execution.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passionate about process optimization and improvement.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the initiative to take ownership of projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity when necessary.
