Manager FP&A and Investor Relations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager FP&A and Investor Relations to join our team at Forto. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes
  • Support the development of financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related field
  • Proven track record of high-performance and achievement in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in Excel and financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
