Unser Team

Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit befristet eine*n Assistenten Store Manager, der unsere ziel- und umsatzorientierte Leitung der Parfümerie unterstützt. Der Assistent Store Manager wird die Mitarbeiter führen, motivieren und koordinieren. Er wird Erfolgsrezepte entwickeln und umsetzen und sicherstellen, dass eine überdurchschnittliche Beratungs- und Servicedienstleistung in der Filiale angeboten wird.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der ziel- und umsatzorientierten Leitung der Parfümerie
  • Führung, Motivation und Koordination der Mitarbeiter
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Erfolgsrezepten
  • Sicherstellung einer überdurchschnittlichen Beratungs- und Servicedienstleistung in der Filiale
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel
  • Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
