Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Assistant to join our team at AllDent Holding. As a Sterilization Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of infection control and patient safety in our dental clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and machine-based cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of medical devices to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Document and track sterilization processes and results using our electronic documentation system
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements and optimize workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Successful completion of a recognized sterilization training program (Fachkundelehrgang I) is highly desirable
- Proven experience in instrument preparation and sterilization, preferably in a dental or medical setting
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and medical devices, with a focus on sterilization and infection control
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
