About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Assistant to join our team at AllDent Holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual and mechanical cleaning of dental instruments using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Conduct regular checks, maintenance, and testing of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Accurately document and release batches using a modern IT system.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement efficient workflow improvements independently.
Requirements
- Completion of specialized training in sterilization and instrument preparation.
- Experience in instrument preparation and sterilization.
- Knowledge of the dental field is highly advantageous.
- High level of care, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Enjoyment in work and a willingness to learn and grow.
