Skeleton Technologies is a global company with multiple locations, including headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, manufacturing in Großröhrsdorf, Germany, and offices in Finland and Berlin.
We are expanding our operations and opening new facilities in France and other locations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of IT Leadership to join our team at Skeleton Technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT team and developing and implementing our IT strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in leading IT teams and developing digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the IT team and developing and implementing our IT strategy.
- Developing and implementing digital transformation initiatives to improve our business operations and reduce costs.
- Managing IT budgets and ensuring that our IT investments are aligned with our business objectives.
- Developing and implementing IT governance processes to ensure that our IT operations are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to ensure that it is secure, scalable, and available.
- Developing and implementing a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our digital assets and customer data.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring that we get value for our investments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading IT teams and developing digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
