We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop power electronics hardware with expertise in multiport converters.
- Collaborate with our team to advance the field of power electronics and wide band-gap transistors.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for industry and public clients.
- Participate in internal and external training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics hardware design and knowledge of multiport converters.
- Practical experience with wide band-gap transistors.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
