Dein Arbeitsalltag

Während deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d) wirst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und Prozesse bei Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH und Co. KG spielen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Als erster Ansprechpartner bei IT-Problemen unterstützt du die Mitarbeiter und kümmerst dich um die Installation von Hardware und Software.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Einholen, Vergleichen und Bestellen von Angeboten für Hardware und Software.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an unseren Digitalisierungsprojekten gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich.
  • Du erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene IT-Abteilungen sowie in kaufmännische Bereiche wie Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung und Vertrieb.

In der Berufsschule vertiefst du dein Wissen in Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement und vernetzten IT-Systemen.

Das bringst Du mit
  • Mittlere Reife oder einen guten qualifizierenden Mittelschulabschluss.
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen und IT-technischen Abläufen.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Hardware und Software am Computer.
  • Gutes mathematisches Verständnis und logisches Denkvermögen.
  • Spaß am Planen und Organisieren.
  • Teamfähigkeit.
