Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Development Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our leadership team and driving business growth through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to our leadership team on HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and address talent gaps, and develop targeted solutions to address these gaps.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management, and apply this knowledge to drive business success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech industry.
• Proven track record of success in talent management, including experience with recruitment, training, and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
