Production Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish planning parameters within the ERP system to maintain an optimal equilibrium between readiness for delivery and inventory levels.
  • Detect discrepancies in planning and control processes, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Translate customer requirements into production orders while adhering to established objectives.
  • Proactively recognize production limitations, devise solutions, and oversee their execution.
  • Estimate probable delivery timelines for orders.
  • Create and sustain a forecast-capable bill of materials.
  • Input and manage forecast data in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Perform statistical analyses and contribute to various projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training, preferably in industrial management.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with production control systems and QAD is beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in statistical analysis using Excel and creating presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and methodically, demonstrating analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in German, with a good command of English being an advantage.
