Your Role: Data Security Compliance Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Data Security Compliance Manager to ensure BuildingMinds adheres to all applicable data protection laws and security standards. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our sensitive information and maintaining the trust of our clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data security policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the documentation and management of data processing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on data protection and security best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding data privacy and security matters.
- Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to protect BuildingMinds' systems and data.
- Collaborate with the Information Security Officer to ensure a cohesive and effective security posture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data security policies and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
