Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of hardware, software, and network systems at our latest site
  • Work closely with the central IT department located in Hamburg
  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment
  • Address and document user requests efficiently
  • Support the establishment of the new site
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration
  • Relevant experience in a comparable position
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows operating systems, IT peripherals, and wireless network components
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in German
