About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Process Manager Corporate IT to join our team at BAUHAUS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the transformation and establishment of a process management organization and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the central process management team in the development and implementation of process management processes and methods.
  • Assist departments in process analysis, modeling, and optimization, serving as the central process management representative within the organization.
  • Organize and conduct workshops to promote process management and foster a process-oriented mindset.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of a process map and its E2E processes.
  • Identify and implement organizational and technical requirements, administering them in SAP Signavio.
  • Design and deliver training programs during national/international rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in process execution, ideally in a retail company (e.g., procurement, sales, FICO).
  • Desired experience in SAP Retail modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO) and process management software solutions (e.g., Signavio, ADONIS, ARIS).
  • Continuing education and participation in process management projects.
  • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 modeling convention and MS Office.
  • Structured, pragmatic, communicative, and perseverant work approach.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
