Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients in fulfilling their housing aspirations as an autonomous commercial representative in accordance with § 84 HGB.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients, potential customers, and field representatives regarding all real estate inquiries within your designated sales area.
  • Developing a portfolio of sellable properties and promoting them through established industry channels.
  • Implementing diverse real estate marketing techniques to achieve sales success and enhance your market presence.
  • Collaborating with partners from Wüstenrot and der Württembergischen to connect clients with cross-selling opportunities.
  • Actively managing real estate leads provided by field associates.
  • Identifying additional sales opportunities by sourcing leads from the group and partner collaborations.
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust personal network of professional relationships.

Candidate Expectations

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sales sector.
