PreMaster Program: Shape the Future of Regional Controlling

Job Description

As a PreMaster in Regional Controlling Europe, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's operational controlling processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process Optimization: Take ownership of process optimization and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain self-service reporting tools to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate insights.
  • Sales Controlling: Assist with tender calculations and commercial validation of business case calculations to ensure profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to gain a deeper understanding of our business operations.
  • Controlling Projects: Contribute to various controlling-related projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Controlling, or a related field with excellent academic results, and be committed to pursuing a Master's degree.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Possess first-hand experience in finance, working with large databases (SAP Business Warehouse), and knowledge of Power BI. Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Skills: Excel in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and possess very good skills in spoken and written English. German is a plus.
  • Personality and Working Style: Be a team player, reliable, structured, and independent. Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in an international environment.

About the Bosch PreMaster Program

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program designed for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment. The program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of technical and business contexts.
