Join our international and dynamic team at Bosch, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational controlling processes across our European entities. Your contributions will be essential in delivering insightful reports to our stakeholders.

As a participant in the PreMaster Program focused on Regional Controlling Europe, you will actively influence the digital transformation within our domain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimizing and automating processes to improve efficiency.
  • Developing self-service reporting tools that empower users.
  • Enhancing our existing tools and systems for better performance.

In the realm of sales controlling, you will support tender calculations and validate business case profitability assessments (EBIT). Your role will also involve cross-functional collaboration, providing you with valuable insights into various departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics.

Additionally, you will engage in controlling-related projects that contribute to our overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: A completed Bachelor's degree in business economics, controlling, or a related field with strong academic performance, with the intention to pursue a Master's degree thereafter.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Practical experience in finance, familiarity with large databases (SAP Business Warehouse), and proficiency in Power BI are advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Personal Attributes: A reliable team player with a structured and independent working style.
  • Passion: A strong desire to thrive in an international work environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-phase qualification initiative designed for dedicated graduates with Bachelor's degrees who aspire to complete a Master's degree. The first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in both technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the Master's coursework along with further practical experience and personal mentoring to guide you towards successful completion.
