About the Role

Claitec, a leading technology company specializing in industrial safety solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Active Safety division in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our existing customer database to introduce our innovative safety solutions to current and potential customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each customer's specific needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive offers, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Liaise with our headquarters to coordinate equipment preparation and ensure timely supply.
  • Maintain regular communication with local assemblers and technicians, providing instructions on project implementation.
  • Foster relationships with resellers and forklift brands, ensuring effective collaboration and leveraging partnership opportunities.
  • Provide training and knowledge on Active Safety solutions to salespeople, enabling them to identify business prospects and contribute to expanding commercial activities.
  • Define and coordinate local technical support in Germany, including installation, start-up, and subsequent SAT.
Requirements
  • Technical sales experience, preferably in the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Strong background in commercial and technical disciplines, with knowledge of electrical or electronic systems.
  • Genuine interest in the industrial sector, demonstrating a passion for innovation and safety solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Confidence and resilience to engage with industrial managers independently.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
