About the Job

We are looking for a Process Engineer for Assembly, Integration, and Test to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating AIT standard documents, defining standard AIT processes, and standardizing working methods.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate AIT standard documents, including Work Instructions and AIT document templates.
  • Define standard AIT processes and ensure their implementation.
  • Standardize working methods, including process verification, work instruction, and procedure references.
  • Develop and maintain AIT interfaces with company-wide IT tools, such as SAP, PDM, and Polaris.
  • Update generic AIT documentation, including the AIT handbook.
  • Train, guide, and mentor employees on AIT processes and procedures.
  • Implement a permanent improvement process, including Lessons Learnt.
  • Ensure close cooperation with other disciplines, particularly Process Qualification Office and Quality Assurance, to ensure delivery of WIs in quality and time.
  • Coordinate training efforts for AIT.

Your Qualifications

  • Successful completion of education in production engineering or a degree focused on space technology or a comparable qualification.
  • Substantiated knowledge in the field of production, preferably gained in space technology.
  • Familiarity with applicable space standards is a plus.
  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • Sense of responsibility and effectiveness in work are characteristic for you.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
