About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Market Data + Services Business Operations team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of our market data distribution processes and provide excellent customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation of our market data distribution processes, ensuring error-free and smooth functional operation of several markets.
  • Support market participants, including banks and external data vendors, in all functional questions related to market data, products, and other market data-related topics.
  • Monitor market data distribution activities and take responsibility for monitoring other quality assurance processes.
  • Gain insights into various projects and contribute to system and data model changes.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to break down complex topics into smaller operational steps. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, SAP, Sharepoint, JIRA, and SQL.
