Role Expectations:
  • Consulting with international clients in the upper middle market
  • Analyzing and enhancing business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions, utilizing Horus business process tools and established best practice models
  • Supporting the implementation and configuration of Oracle standard applications
  • Modeling and detailing HCM processes
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops for users
  • Opportunities for international project work (typically up to 60% travel)
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration/HR Management with an IT focus, or relevant practical experience
  • 1-2 years of experience through internships or student roles, preferably in process and people management
  • Fundamental knowledge of Oracle Applications or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical abilities and a passion for resolving complex business challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
