About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant for International Wealth Solutions at Aon Solutions Germany GmbH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise clients on global pension and benefit plans
  • Oversee the consolidation of international pension obligations as a Global Actuary
  • Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions projects (e.g. due diligence, concept development, coordination, and implementation of transfer processes for global pension plans)
  • Develop and implement a global benefit governance strategy and risk management for our clients
  • Expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in project management and/or customer service
  • Completed degree in economics or a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting for pension and benefit plans
  • Enjoyment of communication and teamwork in an international environment
  • Interest in independent customer service and openness to sales, actuarial, and business-related topics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
