- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee projects and campaigns for our clients across CX, CRM/Loyalty, and Technology.
- Lead and mentor our client services team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and growth.
- Deep understanding of our core specialisms, including Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content, and Social Media.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
