Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within our organization and value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint
  • Coordinate non-financial reporting for the KWS Group
  • Identify opportunities to promote ESG aspects within the KWS Group and our value chain
  • Participate in industry initiatives and networks to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends

Requirements

  • University degree in environmental sciences, sustainability management, or a related field
  • Professional experience in sustainability reporting and management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Fluency in German and English
