Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to start your career in a dynamic field? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Group Sustainability Manager at KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA.

This role is ideal for graduates and young professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in an international company. As our new Group Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies, targets, and activities in the area of sustainability management and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance).

Your key tasks will include:

  • Continuation of the project management for the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • Coordination of non-financial reporting for the KWS Group 2024/2025
  • Identification of opportunities to promote ESG aspects within the KWS Group and our value chain, including the establishment of appropriate internal guidelines or group standards
  • Active participation in industry initiatives and networks
