Wir suchen Sie als Assistant Housekeeping Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Executive Housekeeping Managerin.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Stellvertretende Leitung, Organisation und Kontrolle der gesamten Housekeeping Abteilung (8 Mitarbeitende)
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Reinigung unserer 30 Zimmer und der Restaurantbereiche
  • Tägliche Kontrolle der Reinigungsarbeiten im gesamten Haus
  • Planung und Organisation von Grund- und Sonderreinigungen
  • Einführung und Überwachung der Prozesse gemäß der Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Gästereklamationen
  • Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Mängeln
  • Verwaltung des Material- und Wäschebestandes
  • Kontrolle und Wartung der eingesetzten Reinigungsmaterialien sowie der Geräte
  • Kontrolle der Wäschelieferungen und Bestellungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • Idealerweise Führungserfahrung
  • Fachkenntnisse über Reinigungsprozeduren, die einzusetzenden Produkte sowie Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften
  • Eine selbständige, engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
