We are on a mission to establish ourselves as the premier engineering service provider for burgeoning sectors such as climate technology, mobility, and digital marketplaces. Your role will involve expanding our connections with tech enterprises and venture capitalists in Berlin while fostering the growth of our local team with your innovative mindset.
Position:
As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of our newly established Berlin hub, you will play a pivotal role in our strategic expansion.
Our Vision:
We aspire to be the leading AI Engineering firm in North West Europe. Our hub strategy is designed to maintain close proximity to our clients, talent, and investment opportunities. We have successfully launched offices in Utrecht and Berlin, with plans for further expansion. Our teams of skilled Machine Learning engineers are dedicated to creating and implementing AI solutions for our diverse clientele in climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces.
Your Responsibilities:
In your capacity as CCO, you will be the commercial powerhouse of our Berlin hub. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships within the Berlin startup and scale-up ecosystem.
- Identifying and securing new client opportunities.
- Managing and enhancing the growth of our Berlin operations.
- Collaborating with C-level executives to devise AI strategies for prominent scale-ups.
- Participating in the management team and working closely with Enjins' leadership.
Key Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, and sales.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a strong business development track record.
- A well-established network within Berlin's startup and scale-up community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Comfort discussing machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.
- Fluency in both German and English.
