Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Assistant Culinary Director (m/w/d).

In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Cluster Executive Chef bei der Überwachung und Leitung der Küchenabläufe
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im operativen Geschäft, insbesondere in der Bankett-Küche
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B-Team und der Event-Abteilung, um einen erstklassigen Service für unsere Gäste sicherzustellen
  • Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Schulung des Küchenpersonals
  • Fokus auf die Optimierung der Küchenabläufe und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den Executive Chef
  • Förderung eines positiven und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsumfeldes zur Motivation der Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Organisation und Wartung aller Arbeitsplätze und Küchengeräte
  • Überwachung der Lebensmittelverarbeitung und -lagerung unter Berücksichtigung der HACCP-Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Freundliche und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Freude am Erfolg
  • Kreativität und Zuverlässigkeit
